Privacy notice

Wall Sprites and this website are operated by Akindynos Koutsouras, operating as AIA Systems, the controller responsible for personal information handled by the developer. Akindquest3 is our Meta store publisher name. For support, privacy questions or requests, email aiasystemsgr@gmail.com.

Wall Sprites is in testing. The app information below describes release candidate version 1.2.0, build 16. Review of bundled SDK data handling is still in progress; this notice will be updated before a commercial release. The game is not yet available to buy.

Intended audience

Wall Sprites is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over, or the applicable minimum age in their region. It is not directed to children under 13.

Progress on your headset

The game stores your companion collection and memories, scores, level progress, sound preferences and visit progress in local application storage. Visit dates use UTC to count qualifying play days. Local backup copies help recover an interrupted save. They are part of the app’s storage, not an online backup.

The current build disables Android application backup and has no verified cloud-save or cross-device recovery service. Local data remains until changed or removed from the headset. Clearing application data or uninstalling the app can permanently remove progress.

Movement and room information

Headset, controller and optional hand-tracking input place the experience and support interaction. With room access, the game uses the headset’s room layout to place companions around surfaces. The game’s room and input features operate on the headset. Meta also operates the underlying tracking, scene and spatial services under its own privacy controls. Review of the bundled SDKs’ scene and anchor storage, diagnostics and retention is ongoing; clearing the game’s local data does not by itself delete Meta’s room-setup or platform data.

Optional microphone

If you grant microphone permission, the game reads a rolling two-second audio buffer on the headset to respond to loudness, humming and breath-like sounds. The game’s microphone component does not write audio recordings to files or upload that buffer to a developer server. It does not provide speech transcription, voice chat or live AI conversation.

Optional brightness camera

If you grant camera permission and your headset supports it, the game uses low-resolution images from the left passthrough camera to estimate room brightness. It requests no more than two frames per second and samples brightness about once per second. The game’s brightness component retains a smoothed brightness value; it does not save image files or upload frames to a developer server. Without usable camera input, brightness follows a time-of-day estimate.

These descriptions concern the game’s sensor features. They are not a claim that every headset or SDK service processes no data.

App ownership check

When the app starts, the Meta Platform SDK checks whether your Meta account is entitled to use Wall Sprites. Gameplay opens only after a successful check. The SDK uses the app identifier and Meta platform services for this check. Wall Sprites does not ask you to type your Meta password and does not store the ownership response in your local game save.

Meta services and diagnostics

Meta manages your headset account, device services and platform purchases. Wall Sprites does not ask you to create a separate developer account or enter Meta login credentials. Meta may process device information, tracking-related information, app activity and diagnostics under its Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy.

Unity Analytics, Unity Ads and Unity cloud diagnostics are disabled in the inspected build’s settings. The current game has no implemented multiplayer or AI conversation service. A complete review of native SDK network activity, retention and deletion remains open, so we do not make a blanket promise of zero collection or tracking across platform services.
